Strategic Planning is a critical part of a well-functioning academic system, in addition to being an annual requirement for every Title I school. Successful Strat Planning requires use of data to provide deeper insight and guide the process embedded in a strategic plan. A well-developed academic strategic plan should be the backbone of a healthy school culture. Unfortunately, many times it is something that’s made one year by a few people and put on a shelf until next year. Our goal is to help schools to break that habit and to make something useful.
