Areas of strength and weakness through deep analysis of data, including year-over-year trends and subgroup performance. The Educational Data Analyst integrates multi-source datasets — attendance, assessment, and enrollment systems — to surface patterns that point toward root causes rather than symptoms.

Evaluate
The school's academic culture through stakeholder interviews with administrators and data managers, surveys of teachers and instructional support staff administered by the Research Assistant, and on-site classroom observations conducted by the Director of Instructional Services.

Report
A comprehensive but easily understood report reviewed by school admin, board, teachers, and staff — qualitative and quantitative data, areas of strength and concern, and recommendations for improvement. The Senior Director of Client Services reviews and approves the report before it is delivered.

The audit can begin mid-year in urgent situations; initiating at the start of the school year maximizes the number of intervention cycles available before state testing windows and/or end of the school year. Suitable for schools ranging from 200 to 1,200 students, across both single-site and multi-campus charters.
